札幌グルメレビューサイト「Ichiban No Machi」が本格始動！

このたび、札幌発のグルメレビューサイト「Ichiban No Machi」（https://ichibannomachi.com/）が新たにスタートしました！
本サイトでは、洋食を中心に、札幌にある個性的で魅力的な飲食店のレビューを英語でお届けしています。

筆者は札幌在住。地元ならではの視点で、ハンバーガー、ピザ、クラフトビール、スープカレーなど、実際に訪れた飲食店の魅力を丁寧に掘り下げて紹介。レビューには10点満点の評価、店舗地図、写真、そして類似店との比較も掲載しており、読み応えのある内容となっています。

「Ichiban No Machi」という名称は、言葉の通り、札幌を「世界で一番の街」と信じてやまない筆者の、札幌での暮らしへの満足と、その生活を支えている数々の地元ビジネスへの愛を表しています。筆者が札幌で暮らして体験した感動を共有すべく、まだあまり知られていないようなお店についても紹介しています。
